Biography
Mr. Bill Young founded Social Capital Partners ("SCP") in 2001 and serves as its President. Mr. Young worked for approximately twenty years in the private sector primarily as Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton Computers, and Optel Communications Corp., prior to founding Social Capital Partners ("SCP"). He began his career as a Chartered Accountant. He sits on the Boards of Inner City Renovations Limited, Canadian Youth Business Foundation, Bay Area Health Trust, Renaissance Montreal and a number of Advisory Boards. Mr. Young serves as an External Independent Director of Maxxam Analytics, Inc. He holds an Honors BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard.
