Biography
Margaret is responsible for designing and implementing human resources strategies in order to attract, develop and retain outstanding talent for Maxxam. She works with the senior management team on workforce and organizational design, HR policies and procedures and ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance. Her team is focused on aligning HR programs and initiatives with business priorities and ensuring overall employee satisfaction and retention. Prior to joining Maxxam, Margaret held increasingly complex HR management roles including responsibility for industrial relations at manufacturing companies with employees in both Canada and the United States. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
