Biography
Philippe Leclerc is a partner in our Business Law Group in Québec City and Montréal. He is also a member of McCarthy Tétrault's Board of Partners. Mr. Leclerc has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and securities law. He has been involved in a number of business transactions, including initial public offerings, acquisitions, take-overs, and public and private financings (notably project financings for the private production of electricity), both in Canada and abroad.
