Stephan Furlan

Biography

Stephen Furlan is a partner in the Toronto office and National Practice Group Leader of our Business Law group. He carries on a practice focused on project finance and secured lending. Mr. Furlan regularly advises lenders with respect to project financing transactions. He has acted as lead counsel for lenders on the project financing of power projects and public private partnership infrastructure financings. Mr. Furlan is listed in the current editions of Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business and in Chambers Canada as a leading lawyer in the area of project finance. He is listed in the International Financial Law Review 1000 as a leading lawyer in the area of project finance, and in The Legal 500 - Canada as a leading lawyer in the area of banking and finance. He is recognized as a leading lawyer in the areas of project finance and capital markets in Who's Who Legal: Canada.
