Research Interest
Dr. Christel Renoux is a practicing neurologist from Lyon, France with expertise in multiple sclerosis and stroke as well as an epidemiologist. Following her MSc in Epidemiology from McGill, she obtained a PhD in Neurosciences (option epidemiology) from Lyon 1 University, France. Moreover, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship with Dr. Suissa in the Department of Epidemiology at McGill. On August 1st, 2012, she was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at McGill University and Investigator at the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology at the Jewish General Hospital-Lady Davis Institute. Her research focuses on neuroepidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology mainly in multiple sclerosis and stroke.
