Biography
Dr Elizov is an Associate Professor of Medicine at McGill University and an attending physician at the Jewish General Hospital site. She is the Director of University and Medical Education, CIUSSS Centre Ouest de l’Ile de Montreal She obtained a Master’s degree in Health Professions Education and is active in teaching at all levels. She is currently a member of the Faculty Development Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, and Director of the Medical Education Electives Program through the Centre for Medical Education, of which she is also a member. Mentorship and its importance in the development of physicians at all levels, teaching, learning and evaluation in the clinical setting, and faculty development.
