Epidemiology of thromboembolic disorders (deep vein thrombosis; pulmonary embolism; other); etiologic mechanisms and outcomes (including quality of life) of thrombotic disorders; anticoagulation in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis; and thrombotic complications of pregnancy.
