Dimitris Polygenis

Biography

Dimitris Polygenis is responsible for overseeing the Company's purchasing and manufacturer relations.    He joined McKesson Canada in 2004, after the acquisition of Phase 4 Health. This acquisition led to the creation of our Specialty group. Under the leadership of Dimitris Polygenis, the group expanded its services to become our fastest growing business offering a wide range of services to manufacturers. Mr. Polygenis was appointed to his current role in 2014.   Prior to joining McKesson Canada, Mr. Polygenis held a position with the Ontario Round Table on Appropriate Prescribing (ORTAP) at the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences in Ontario (ICES).  He is currently Lecturer and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto and University of British Columbia Doctor of Pharmacy Programs and Board Chair of a not-for-profit educational institution.    Mr. Polygenis holds a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Toronto.
