Biography
The main focus of our research is to study the role of NK cells, NKT cells and IL-15 in innate defense against microbial pathogens and cancer. We are also focusing on the mechanisms by which activation of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) lead to the induction of innate antiviral responses. Additionally, we are studying the role of NK/NKT and IL-15 in the link between innate and adaptive immunity.
