Biography
Dr. Ron Vender is the founder and director of Dermatrials Research Inc and Venderm Innovations in Psoriasis. He has participated as principal investigator in over 80 clinical trials. He is Associate Clinical Professor at McMaster University in the Department of Medicine, Division of Dermatology, in a teaching capacity. He is Honorary Staff and Dermatology Consultant at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario for over twenty years. He serves as member of the Council of Contributing Editors of The Chronicle of Skin & Allergy, Dermatology Times and the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery. He also serves as a member on an Independent Research Ethics Board. He is one of eight Canadians that is part of The International Psoriasis Council. He is an active member of the Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. He has published many peer-reviewed manuscripts, and has presented posters and abstracts internationally.
