Biography
Mr. Ramesh Rao serves as Senior Vice President of Client Services-India at MDeverywhere, Inc. Mr. Rao oversees all operations and delivery of the Revenue Cycle Management for all MDeverywhere clients. He has more than 20 years of work experience, of which he spent 14 years in various management roles in US health care. Prior to moving into health care, he held various positions in the banking sector, of which 3 years he was in an Australian-based banking corporation. He started his health care career with Nittany Decision Services, in India, one of the premier outsourcing organizations, which was the first company to operate overseas for US health care back in 1990. He has had successful exposure in all areas of the health care, including Operations, Sales, Transition and Product Excellence. He has hands-on experience in transitioning various large scale billing operations. He was an Active Committee Member in his earlier organization, which was instrumental in building a robust Practice Management software to handle administrative and Billing/Operations functions of a health care practice. He possesses excellent interpersonal and team building skills and believes in creating leaders rather than followers.
