Biography
François holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Quebec at Montreal. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec. François has acquired a superior knowledge in the field of finance, external audit and taxation, with significant experience in company mergers, acquisitions and financing. Prior to joining Memotec, François was Manager for the audit firm of Samson Bélair Deloitte et Touche, and more recently, Controller in the aerospace industry.
