Biography
Mr. François St-Pierre serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Memotec Inc. Mr. St-Pierre served as Vice President, Finance of Memotec, Inc. Mr. St-Pierre has more than 14 years of experience, which includes acting as a Manager for the audit firm of Samson Bélair Deloitte et Touche, and more recently, as a Controller in the aerospace industry. He has acquired a superior knowledge in the field of finance, external audit and taxation, with significant experience in the areas of company mergers, acquisitions and financing. Mr. St-Pierre holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Quebec at Montreal and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec.
