Mr. Philippe Roy serves as Vice President of Service and Operation of Memotec Inc. Mr. Roy 30 years of technical and administrative experience in the area of Operation, Customer Service and Support. He has gained extensive knowledge of the customer support environment through his years working for IBM, MSI Inc. and served as National Director for Customer Support at RBA. Mr. Roy has studied Management and Operations at the Ecole des Haute Études Commercial in Montreal.
