Jenn Menzer is an expert Master Personal Trainer with over 15+ years experience as a Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Specialist, Yoga & Pilates Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor. Jenn works with you to create truly customized and effective programming to help you increase strength, improve cardiovascular health, gain flexibility and mobility, decrease unwanted fat, and improve the way you look, move and feel. Jenn also holds an MS in Counseling Psychology so expect empathy as well as tough love (when needed) to further ensure your success.
