Biography
Mr. R. Craig Baxter serves as the President of Apotex Holdings, Inc. Mr. Baxter served as the President of Apotex International, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Apotex Inc. for more than five years. He has been employed with Apotex since May 1985. He has 30 years of business experience, 20 of which have been in pharmaceuticals. Mr. Baxter serves as a Director at Citadel Gold Mines Inc. (NEXlisted), Humber River Regional Hospital and Cargojet Income Trust (TSX-listed). He has been the Chairman of Cangene Corp. since December 14, 2010 and its Non-Independent Director since November 1, 1995. Mr. Baxter graduated with a B.Comm. from Concordia University and is a Certified Management Accountant.
