Grant R. Campany

Biography

 Grant has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of our board of directors since January 2016.  Grant has over 20 years of experience leading innovative start-ups with a background in fund raising, corporate development, business strategy and strategic marketing initiatives within the medical device sector. Grant has successfully raised over $20 million in start-up capital and has closed corporate collaborations valued in excess of $250 million. Previously, Grant was Vice President of Commercial Operations for PPD Discovery, which included overall responsibility for leading the commercial operations and staff for the genomics, chemistry and preclinical business units. Prior to joining PPD Discovery, Grant was the Director of Business Development for Onyx Pharmaceuticals where he led several strategic alliances, technology acquisitions and research collaborations with leading biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Grant holds a BS in Business “With Distinction” and an MBA (with a concentration in corporate finance) from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
