Biography
Germain Carrière holds a law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Masters Degree in Business Management from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Carrière has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1975 and is a member of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada. Mr. Carrière joined the Corporate Finance division of Lévesque Beaubien Geoffrion in 1979 and held various executive positions until 2005. Mr. Carrière was until the end of September 2009 President and Chief Operating Officer of Desjardins Securities Inc. He is a director of several public and private companies and is Chairman of the Board of TSO3 Inc.
