William E. Roscoe, Ph.D., P. Eng., is Chairman of Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., an employee owned geological and mining consulting firm based in Toronto with offices in Vancouver, Denver, Quebec City, Rouyn-Noranda and London UK. In addition to having extensive experience as a Consulting Geologist, Dr. Roscoe is a member of several professional associations and has frequently published on economic geology, mineral resources and reserves and valuation of mineral properties.
