Biography
He have work at Mosaic Potash (former IMC) since He Graduated from high school in 1979. He began work in production on surface and from 1980 to 1988 work in all areas of the mill and load outs. In 1989 he moved to the maintenance department and obtained Journeyman Industrial Mechanic status in 1994. He also held an all position structural welding certificate from the CWB, as well as certificates in reliability, and maintenance best practice. During this time he also supervised maintenance crews as a relieving foreman and filled in for the planning department. In 2002 he was awarded a Maintenance Planner position which he held till 2010 at which time he was offered a planner lead role which he accepted. In 2013 he moved into the position of workflow superintendent in charge of the planning group which hedid for two years and was then moved to my current position of Turnaround Superintendent and coordinate the Turnaround for surface, underground and shafts at Esterhazy site.
