Biography
Sjoerd S. Vollebregt was elected to the board of directors of Mylan in 2017. He is a member of its Compliance, Finance and Governance and Nominating Committees. Mr. Vollebregt has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Heijmans N.V., a Euronext Amsterdam listed company that operates in property development, residential building, non-residential building, roads, and civil engineering, since 2015, and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands B.V., a subsidiary of Airbus SE, a Euronext Paris listed company, that develops solar arrays, satellite instruments, and structures for launchers, since 2015. Mr. Vollebregt had served as Chairman of the Executive Board of Stork B.V. and its predecessor from 2002 to 2014, which was an Amsterdam Stock Exchange listed industrial group until 2008, consisting of a global provider of knowledge-based maintenance, modification, and asset integrity products and services, food and textile equipment manufacturer, and Chief Executive Officer of Fokker Technologies Group B.V., an aerospace company and a Stork B.V. subsidiary from 2010 to 2014. Previously, Mr. Vollebregt served as a member of the Supervisory Board of TNT Express N.V., an international courier delivery services company, from 2013 to 2016 and has held various other senior positions at Excel plc, Ocean plc, Intexo Holding, and Royal Van Ommeren.
