Biography
Ken has enjoyed over 30 years of financial, management, executive and strategic advisory experience achieved with several private and public companies in various industries. He has been a member of the CICA Accounting Standards Board’s Task Force on Business Combinations (1996-2001), has served as a member (and Chairman) of Dean’s Advisory Board, Ted Rogers School of Management / Ryerson University (1998 -2013) and has served as the Treasurer and a board member of The Canada Trail Foundation (2011 -2016).
