Biography
Paul co-founded Neptec Design Group (1990) and Neptec Technologies (2011) and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NDG and NTC. He oversees company direction, development and growth. Prior to forming Neptec, his career history included engineering and program leadership roles with several defence companies. Paul holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Waterloo. He is a former board member of the Canadian Foundation of the International Space University and of the Centre for Research in Earth and Space Technology, an Ontario Centre of Excellence.
