Laila Potvin

Biography

 Laila has worked in industrial operations for the past 15 years. She has held positions of shift boss, chief metallurgist, superintendent and manager of sulphide flotation concentrators. She has a proven background of taking operating plants to the next level of process optimization through successful system implementation, design changes and equipment upgrades. Laila joined Nordmin Engineering Ltd. in 2013 and is based out of the Kamloops BC office.
