Biography

Mr. Todd Dawson Karran has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at NOVA Chemicals Corporation since April 2015. Mr. Karran served as the Chief Financial Officer of NOVA Chemicals Corporation until February 26, 2016. He served as an Acting Chief Executive Officer of NOVA Chemicals Corporation from April 2014 to April 2015 and Senior Vice President from November 16, 2009 to April 2015. Mr. Karran has nearly 30 years with NOVA Chemicals. He joined NOVA Chemicals in 1985. He has held various leadership positions within NOVA Chemicals Corporation, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer; Chief Information Officer; Vice President, Applications and Vice President and Controller, Olefins/Polyolefins. He has been a Director of NOVA Chemicals Corporation since March 11, 2016 and AdvanSix Inc. since October 1, 2016.
