Biography
Nick Madden is Senior Vice President, Manufacturing Excellence, for Novelis. Nick has more than 35 years of experience in the aluminum industry and is responsible for the company’s global manufacturing initiatives, as well as procurement, recycling and environment, health and safety. Prior to assuming leadership for the Manufacturing Excellence function in December 2015, Nick served as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer. He also served as President of Novelis’ Can, Litho and Recycling business in Europe and as Vice President of Metal Management and Procurement for Alcan Inc.’s Fabricated Products division in Europe from 2000-2004.
