Biography

Steph Rauls is Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer & Controller, for Novelis. In this role, she is responsible for developing and leading a team that coordinates company-wide accounting and transaction processing activities, including derivative valuation, shared financial services, financial consolidation and SEC reporting. Steph joined Novelis in December 2013 as Vice President, Global Tax. Prior to joining Novelis, Steph was Vice President, Tax, for Walmart Stores, Inc., where she built and led the team tasked with forecasting and financial reporting of taxes, risk mitigation and compliant reporting of global indirect tax and transfer price. With more than 21 years of in-depth experience in tax and finance, Steph has also held positions in Finance at GE Healthcare and KPMG. She has vast experience in the process of building and leading cross-functional teams through large-scale implementations of complex supply chain and tax strategies, as well as finance simplification through process improvements and systems deployment.
