Tadeu Nardocci

Biography

Tadeu Nardocci is Senior Vice President and President, Novelis South America. Appointed to this position in May 2013, Nardocci leads all aspects of the company’s business in South America, including the ongoing expansion of aluminum rolling and recycling operations at its plant in Pindamonhangaba, Brazil, to serve the fast-growing can market. Nardocci served as Senior Vice President and President, Novelis Europe, from 2009 to 2013, where he led the revitalization of the company’s business in the region, including increasing its focus on the automotive market and on closed-loop recycling agreements with automotive customers. Prior to that, Nardocci served as Senior Vice President of Innovation, Technology and Strategy for Novelis Inc. In this role, he was responsible for driving the innovation agenda for both products and processes throughout the company. Before that, he served as President, Novelis South America, where he led all aspects of the company’s business in this region.
