Biography
Andrew graduated from the University of Guelph with a B. Sc. Honours in Microbiology. Beginning his career in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Andrew moved to Food Science and Safety while working for Maple Leaf Foods in their Microbiology Laboratory as a Microbiology Lab Technician. Over the course of the next 5 years, Andrew moved his way to becoming the Manager, Technical Services for the Central Microbiology Laboratory overseeing a team dedicated to the analysis of environmental and food samples from within Maple Leaf Foods. Since 2015, Andrew has been with Maxxam Analytics in the role of a Senior Technical Sales Representative in the Food Safety and Sciences Division where he can work with clients from any Food Sector from Ontario and west to Alberta.
