Ashoke oversees OmniActive’s financial affairs across our divisions. With an extensive background in financial analysis and strategic management across life science, chemical and electronics industries, Ashoke brings core expertise in fundraising, cost management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate taxation, internal audit and ERP implementation. Ashoke is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India respectively.
