Biography
Jayant has more than 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries in areas including biocatalysis, polymer synthesis and drug delivery technologies. He leads new product development at OmniActive’s Prince Edward Island, Canada location. Jayant has an established track record of developing innovative technologies and delivery systems to enhance the nutritional value and functionality of ingredients within our portfolio. Through close interaction with our customers in North America, he is able to understand current and future needs while simultaneously catering to the product needs of our sales and marketing teams. Jayant has a M.Pharm and Ph.D in Pharmaceutics from Bangalore University. He serves as a member of visiting faculty at Mumbai’s Institute of Chemical Technology.
