Biography
With 20 years of experience in human capital management across the corporate spectrum, Rajesh is responsible for OmniActive’s comprehensive human capital efforts at all of our global locations, including India, United States, Canada, Europe and China. His areas of focus include people strategy, organizational design, employee development, human capital processes and change management. Rajesh has a master’s in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Nagpur University.
