Biography
As Managing Director – General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Andrea has broad and varied responsibilities for general corporate, legal and compliance matters. Prior to joining Onex in 2004, Andrea was a senior partner of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, one of Canada’s leading business law firms. Her practice focused on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity transactions. Andrea holds a L.L.B. from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. from Dalhousie University.
