Biography
Carlo is responsible for tax planning, tax related due diligence and structuring for the acquisition and divestiture of operating companies for Onex Partners and ONCAP. In addition, Carlo is responsible for managing the tax reporting to the limited partners of Onex Partners and ONCAP. Prior to joining Onex, Carlo was a Senior Manager in the Transaction Tax group of Ernst & Young’s Toronto office focused on the acquisition, financing and disposition of international organizations. Carlo holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Waterloo, and Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University.
