Paul Edwards

Biography

Since joining Onex, Paul has worked on Onex Partners’ investment in Clarivate Analytics (formerly known as Thomson Reuters’ Intellectual Property & Science business). He remains actively involved with this company, and also evaluates and conducts due diligence on new investment opportunities across a range of industries. Paul also worked on the divestitures of KraussMaffei Group and TMS International. Prior to joining Onex, Paul worked in the Investment Banking division of UBS in Toronto for two years. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours, First Class) from the Queen’s School of Business and has completed the first two levels of the CFA program.
