Biography
Mr. Etherington, 74, of Toronto, Ontario, is a director and board chair of Celestica Inc. and a director of SS&C Technologies, Inc. and was Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce until February 2009. Mr. Etherington holds an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario.
