Biography
Denis M. Sirois has been Executive Vice-President of Exaclan Inc. since 1996 and Vice-President, Investments of Telesystem Ltd. since 2006, two private holding companies. Mr. Sirois sits on the Board of Telesystem Ltd., Exaclan Inc., Plexo Inc. and CJL Capital Inc. (TSXV:CJL). From 2006 to 2012, he sat on the Board of iPerceptions Inc. (TSXV:IPE), until its privatization and remained on its Board after.
Research Interest
From August 2010 to March 2011, he was a board member of Innovente Inc. (TSXV:IGE). Mr. Sirois began his career with corporation Bureaux de crédit collectifs Ltée (BCCL), for which he became Managing Director in 1993. BCCL was a Québec leader in credit information systems and was sold to a multinational in 1996.
