Biography
Professor Moe Litman's teaching and research interests include property law, trusts, Aboriginal law, health law, including genomics and fiduciary law. He has been teaching at the Faculty since 1974 and previously served as Associate Dean (Academic) of the Faculty of Law. Professor Litman is Chair of the Health Law Institute and a member of the Cancer Research Ethics Committee and the University Bio-Safety Committee. He is the founding editor of the Estates and Trusts Reports and has produced a commissioned research report for the Royal Commission on the property law aspects of New Reproductive Technologies. Professor Litman has served on the Executive of the Canadian Associations of Law Teachers.
