Gernot Wober

Biography

Mr. Wober has 26 years of diverse mining and exploration experience working for numerous exploration companies including Chevron Minerals, Cominco, Noranda Exploration, and spent 16 years with the Hunter Dickinson Group of companies. He has worked in Canada (BC, YT, NWT, MB, ON, and QC), USA (Alaska and Nevada), Mexico, Uruguay, Brazil, Eritrea, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Sudan, Mozambique and South Africa. Mr. Wober acted as VP Exploration for Oban Exploration and Braeval Mining prior to consolidation as Oban Mining Corp. and then Osisko Mining Inc., as Director Site Operations for the Pebble Partnership in Alaska, and VP Exploration for Great Basin Gold in Nevada and South Africa. Mr. Wober is a P.Geo and member in good standing with APEGBC in British Columbia, APGO in Ontario, and has a temporary membership with OGQ in Quebec. Mr. Wober is an active board member for IDM Mining Ltd. and is a founding member of a private exploration company called Intercept Minerals Corporation.
