Alan Savage

Biography

Mr. Savage brings to Pacgen experience and expertise obtained over a long and successful career in the capital markets in North America and offshore, where he held various senior management positions in multiple publicly listed and privately held companies. Mr. Savage is founder and President of Southern Gold Resources Ltd., a successful investment and venture capital enterprise which he owns and operates since 1981. Mr. Savage is currently a director and a principal shareholder of Epicore Bionetworks Ltd., a publicly listed company. Among other accomplishments, Mr. Savage is founder of Imperial Metals Corporation (“IMC”), and was a director and President of IMC from 1978 to 1986. Under his administration as President of New Canamin Resources Ltd., Mr. Savage was credited with the discovery and commercialization of the Huckleberry copper deposit in British Columbia. Huckleberry continues to operate at 20,000 tonnes per day.
