Jeng-Horng Her working as Director at Pacgen Lifesciences Dr. Her brings to Pacgen extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Dr. Her currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AP Biosciences, Inc. Dr. Her was Chief Executive Officer of ProtevoBio, Inc. which he founded in 2006. Prior to that, Dr. Her co-founded KaloBios Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a therapeutic antibody development company based in South San Francisco in California which has raised over US$76 million in private financing since its inception in 2001, where he was responsible for all clinical and regulatory affairs.
