Biography
Dr Ifeoma Udoh is Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Pangaea, and the Research Director for Pangaea's Oakland NIH study. Ife has extensive experience in implementing international and domestic HIV/AIDS programming and monitoring and evaluation activities in low resource settings around the world, including the Caribbean, Asia, and the United States. She currently leads Pangaea’s projects in the Dominican Republic, China and Oakland, California.
