Biography
Imelda Mudekunye-Mahaka is the Country Coordinator of Pangaea's operations in Zimbabwe, including management of the newly established Pangaea Zimbabwe AIDS Trust office. Imelda supports the implementation of Pangaea programs, as well as serves as Director of the SHAZ! Project, a study that has been working with adolescent girls to address structural factors that put them at risk for HIV through economic empowerment and HIV/AIDS life skills education and integrated social support. Imelda‘s first degree is Social work and she is currently studying for a Masters in Development Studies.
