Biography
Stephen Walker, P. Eng., is a Principal with the Paterson Group in Ottawa, Ontario, and manages the Materials Testing Division in the Ottawa and North Bay offices. He has over 35 years of experience in the areas of asphalt, concrete and soils, and has provided expert testimony for numerous litigation cases, OMB hearings and environmental tribunals. Mr. Walker is a founding Director of CCIL, and represents CCIL on various committees, notably the Concrete Certification Committee and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission's Cost Recovery Advisory Group. ​ EDUCATION Queen’s University, B.Sc.
