Biography
As president of PCL’s buildings group, Deron is responsible for all PCL US commercial building operations. In addition, he oversees the US Corporate Development department and US National Business Development initiative. Deron began his PCL career in 1996 and quickly became one of the company’s youngest vice presidents and district managers, directing southeast building operations. In 2012 Deron was promoted to regional vice president and to president shortly thereafter. He was appointed to the PCL Board of Directors in 2014. Deron received a bachelor of science degree in construction science from Auburn University and is a licensed general contractor. He has been a board member of many organizations and is currently involved with several nonprofit agencies including Make a Wish Foundation and United Way.
