Biography
Hugh has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry assessing financial risk and providing risk solutions to mid-market and large commercial companies in the construction, mining, aviation, power utility, energy, and real estate industries. As vice president, Risk Management at PCL, Hugh is responsible for risk management and insurance on operations across the PCL family of companies. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Campion College in Regina, Saskatchewan, and a bachelor of administration degree from the University of Regina. Hugh is a chartered insurance professional and an associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada.
