Biography
Ian was made COO of PCL’s heavy industrial work in 2013 and is a member of PCL’s Office of the CEO, a group that includes the top senior executive management and leadership of PCL. He oversees PCL’s industrial operations in Canada and the United States, having served as president, senior vice president and, previously, vice president and general manager of PCL Industrial Management Inc. Before that time, he worked for another major international contractor in the heavy industrial construction industry as president of Canadian construction operations. He holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alberta.
