Biography
As vice president, Jack is responsible for overseeing PCL’s operations and growth in Southern California, including in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets. Jack joined PCL in 1993 as an intern and has worked in various roles that include Special Projects manager, construction manager, director of Business Development, and district manager of PCL Los Angeles. He has a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
