Biography
As area manager for PCL Constructors Canada Inc. (Halifax), Jeff is responsible for all aspects of PCL's Atlantic Canada construction operations, including project pursuits and client relationships. He joined PCL’s Toronto district in 2003, progressing through the roles of field engineer, project coordinator, project manager, and design manager. He moved on to become a senior project manager in PCL Toronto’s Special Projects department, specializing in projects from $50,000 to $10 million. In September 2013, Jeff was appointed manager, Special Projects, for PCL Halifax and in 2015 was appointed area manager. He has a bachelor of applied science degree in civil engineering from the University of Waterloo, and is a member of the United Way Halifax campaign cabinet representing the construction division.
