Biography
Jeff Newman leads PCL’s Water Infrastructure Group in California. He joined PCL in 2005 as a project manager in Phoenix and has played a key role in expanding PCL’s presence in Southern California. Jeff is a licensed professional engineer and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Purdue University.​​​​
